Digital downloads are final
Our products are digital files that are delivered right away. To buy, you ask at checkout for the download to start immediately and agree that this ends your 14 day right to cancel. We confirm this on your receipt and your order confirmation. Once your download has started, the purchase cannot be cancelled and is not refunded. See the terms of sale, point 9.
Legal information
The law gives consumers a 14 day right to cancel online purchases, starting on the day of the contract, unless it ends early as described above. To use it, you tell us clearly, for example by email. If a cancellation is valid, any refund is made within 14 days with the payment method you used.
